Support:
Contact our support team first by e-mail or by phone to
determine the nature of the problem.
Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team,
you will be directed back to this page to initiate the
screen-sharing session.
By entering your name and email address below you will be
downloading and executing the remote support software on
your server/PC. By doing so you are requesting support from one of
our technicians. Upon completion of the session, the remote
control agent will be completely removed from your computer.
No remote access will be capable until you execute this page
again. Upon submitting your request, you may see a pop up
window that is asking for you to O.K. the software
installation. Click O.K. to that message.
